| Buckeye Cable Speed Upgrades
Just to let everyone know in Northwest Ohio that Buckeye Cabevision has recently sent new BIN files out to all the cable modems and upgraded all nodes. Speeds have been upgraded but are not officially being announced to the public until May 1st.
The standard 7/512 is now averaging 12Meg by 1Meg. No price increases are coming.
Just simply reboot your modem and you should be good to go. If you have an Arris that also doubles as a Buckeye Tel modem take the battery out of the bottom for 2 minutes along with disconnecting the power; put the battery back in and then plug the modem back in to achieve the new speeds. |

| yah. They keep upgrading all the time. They just recently upgraded the speed tiers maybe a year ago without any price increases off HSI, and i don't believe cable went up much if at all. id say maybe $1 or 2 if that. But they seem to stay on top of everything. |
