Whoops, got the firmware wrong. The whole consumer/business interface split started with 7.4.2rx and now the firmware is up to 7.6.1r6. When you look at the Netopia interface now is the model 3347NWG or 3347-02-1006?
I'm trying to figure out if the problems I ran into before was just a few defective 3347-02-1006s or if they've fixed the problem entirely. Over the last week, I've had at least 6 issues where a business customer was getting the consumer interface and couldn't do anything with their static ips. I'm crossing my fingers that either it was random and sending them a new one will fix it or that AT&T fixed the problem. |
