| Are there any real employees left?
I've been trying to get in touch with SpeedFactory for seven days now over a legitimate support issue and have not talked to a single "real" employee for that duration. I've sent emails, used the web-support form, as well as the SpeedFactory phone lines.
All support and sales number redirect to the same "secretary" who takes my name and number and says someone will "quickly" get in touch with me.
I think it is still highly suspicious that they loose all in the same week: 1) Upstream Carrier 2) AT&T DSL Delivery 3) "Phone system"
I'm wondering if they are just waiting for the last billing cycle before they close door permanently. As far as my "free month of service" they had the audacity to charge me on the 21st to still charge my Credit card. Apparently the billing still works huh?
May as well - Nothing else does.....
Ooops.... I'm scheduled for the next Speedfactory outage... See you Monday! |
