may i ask, what vpn software/router are you using? as far as i have experienced, you cannot force it through the IE, but possible on the endpoint, like your PC's on software or the router you are connecting to?

join:2004-04-23		 You can use the hosts file on the PC to achieve what you want. You can do the same thing at router level if your router supports a hosts file.
