jeisenberg : I attended the Windsor Tech Expo these past couple of days. There was a massive Kelcom Pavilion, where a number of Kelcom's divisions had their own booths. One of the booths was a new Kelcom entity that was advertising cable-based internet and VOIP service.

The person in the booth indicated that starting this week, they were reselling Cogeco's cable offering, for cheaper than the prices offered by Cogeco directly!

Is this for real? Has anyone else heard of Cogeco working through resellers in other markets?
