can someone tell me what the url or where in verizon's site is the place i can see the TV equipment i have? i cant find in my account or in the netservices site. Thanks. |

| I get there by logging in at »verizon.com/ with an account I set up linked to my home phone number... Takes me right to a page with all three of my services listed.
I don't believe you can get to the TV stuff from verizon.net. |

It is not the 'My Account' through Verizon Central, but you must set up a user name and password at »https://www22.verizon.com/myaccount/ then click on my TV |

hmmm...i have a My Account set up already and there is nothing of My TV. only my bill. |

On the first page that shows up, is there a "My Services" tab? If so, try clicking on it. When I log in, my four, "One Billed" services show in a matrix below the the box that has the bill overview information.
Also, if you haven't already done it, you need to set up all your accounts (phone, internet, TV, etc.) as "One Bill". If you pay them separately, then you may not be able to get to them via your main telephone account on verizon.com

| Aero 1 - I found from asking in the Verizon Direct forum that you only see the the services tab if you have phone service with Verizon. I have both Internet and TV, but use Vonage for my phone service. I only see my bill when I login into my account, not any of the TV services. |

I'm in the same situation as you. i see my bill with the tv portion of it, but not the boxes because i only have tv and internet, no phone.

Same here. No Verizon phone service, just FiOS TV. All I get is my TV bill online at verizon.com. |
