Windstream is my provider

I tried ordering this a couple of days ago but too far away. Hell they rep. told I was too far away to even get the speeds I was getting now. Told her don't you touch my account or I will do a Freddy Krueger and get you thru the phoneline. I'll call again in a couple of days to see if I can order it.
