|  Sunrocket Credit still not back on Credit Card - Discover
Sunrocket died and I requested a credit from my CC company. Discovoer. For some reason that did not post to my account so I called them up recently and they said they will not credit the whole 199$ but only a prorated part 120$ or so since my account with them was active from March 2007 to June / July 2007 when they went under.
She asked me to write / mail / fax them at a certain Discover Card address and said I would receive a credit.
Also I had shifted / taken up the INDIA plan where they promised 20% credit. How do I get credit / kickbacks on all the MONTHLY INTERNAIONAL CHARGES that they have pushed through on my card.
"SunRocket $199 India Edition
12 months of unlimited calling to the U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada plus $.10 per min on calls to India,
including mobile phones. Earn 20% credit back at the end of each year for calls made to India. Credit
will be applied upon annual renewal."
I'd appreciate any advise.
