Now just outside my subdivision entryway there is a small dark green little plastic box with a larger (4 feet tall 2 feet wide) metal Alpha cabinet next to it. It only appeared in the last week or so.]]></description>

I will be not only looking at speed but latency and jitter as I run 3 VOIP lines over my connection and latency to the VOIP server and Jitter can wreak havoc on the connection.<br><br>Can anyone tell me who the primary backbone for Windstream is? TW used to use Level3, but now they use their own network.]]></description>
