Call the devil, cause there must be snow today!

Wow, we made the front page. Our little sharecropper ISP. Makes a person almost want to cry... almost.

Lets see here... I'm 1800 feet(actually line distance, as told to me by a level 2 tech who checked for me) from the nearest Remote Terminal, and it only took me a year or so after the rest of the flipping network got 3mb, and I still don't qualify for 6mb... So 12mb ADSL2+? Ah, probably in about 3-5 years... If ever...

But congrats for those handful of lucky people who might qualify in the next year or so!

The phone company forgot your RT exists, surprised you even have DSL.

Hey Seph, been lurking I see and hello. Have to talk to you on the front page.

Sounds like me and you are in the same boat. I was surprised when Flipper had luck in Tiger as that as far as I can tell from the map is about like your and my town.

At least I have 3m when I hear people that can only get 1.5

But if your RT or CO is giving you 3 at 1800ft, seems your margins would be good enough for 6 if the above supports it.

Might want to post back in the WS forum with your stats to see if any one from WS sees it and can double check for you.

Good to see ya! take care.
