Re: Nets

So far this year the only weather net I have participated in has been our every Tuesday evening "readiness tests". It's on 2 meters, as most weather and emergency nets. And yes, I seem to remember from past years there were some of those "just driving through and would like a weather forecast" requests during a severe weather net. There are usually a few of those "looks good here...sun's coming out and I even see a rainbow" comments as well. hi hi

But anyways, the WX nets here seem very well run and efficient and seem to be very useful to the NWS and other authorities. The net controllers here do a great job!
