Re: FiOS 6416 STB and Samsung LN-S4695D HDMI issue For those keeping up with this saga, or who even care, there is NO compatability issue with my Samsung and FiOS. It was a bad HDMI port on the STB. I had a FiOS tech come out and swap the STB and everything works just fine, HDMI cable and all!! So, for those having similar issues, don't aggravate yourself with multiple phone calls to Samsung and Verizon, just have a FiOS tech swap out your STB. That will probably resolve the issue.

I am glad that worked for you, but it may come back  we have had issues with for a long time and it is one of those hit or miss issue. Keep us abreast on this issue if the dreaded unsupported signal returns |
