[TWC] SATX RR disconnects

This pass week i been getting alot disconnects or ping spikes when playing games online i did an line quality test
»/linequality/nil/2377544
and am loseing about 20% how can i get this fix...

Well 1st off do you have any type of P2P apps going when you are having the packet loss and ping spikes? and second is call TWC and have them check it out on their end and then if they cant figure it out over the phone they will get a truck roll to come out and see with the issue is. Hope this helps.
