Download speed is still slow and jerky when using the proxy at my gateway. After 4 months, WB still has not fixed the problem  Upload speed is slow.
Weather: clear, breeze, 70 F, humidity: 24%
Weather at Riverside gateway: Doppler radar shows clear.
