| griz whats the firmware that you have? access the gui first. the usual »192.168.0.1 go to quick set-up. click on the link under the apply button "Click here for advanced settings only if required by your ISP" and change the from pppoe to pppoa. given you have qw01 firmware. |

| Success!!!! Changing from PPPOE to PPPOA did the trick! Thanks demoniacs for showing me where to find that setting. This seems to have fixed all the connection problems, and download/upload speed tests are now in line with what I should be getting. Thanks again!!! |
