Change the Schedule

Instead of 5-8 hour days, I think the normal should be 4-10 hour days. That's one less day of the week people spend rushing to work in the morning, worrying about getting kids off to school on top, etc. If the federal government started a Mon-Thursday work week, many other places would soon follow.
