 | more union disasters FYI: this building uses water-less toilets, which require less plumbing. in order to not cause a union walk-out and keep the work on schedule, former Mayor Street forced a compromise where they had the pay the plumbers union to install all the normally standard toilet water pipes to all the bathrooms even though they werent being used.

 | Since most so called enviro friendly tech doesn't work, it is a good thing they ran the water pipes. It's almost a guarantee that those waterless toilets are going to fail. |
