They moved Philadelphia?

That's funny. When I resided in New York City I had to travel South to go to Philadelphia not West. I should have heard the loud bang and felt the earth shake when Philadelphia was moved.

I agree they had to increase my rates by about $12.00 to help pay for the new building. Of course their excuse was that programming cost has increased.

It isn't Comcast's building, so maybe the rate increase is for the increase cost of content
