Is anyone getting better results using Java test than flash?

I am getting max speed on Java and on Flash it's much lower.

When I use any Flash based speed test it is way low and latency is way too high, if they work at all.

It could be I am using an old 98SE, this was an issue when Justin was working on a Flash test for here.

I believe he never got an answer that made any sense.
