RyanC @embarqhsd.net	I used Dr TCP with Vista - problems I used Dr TCP and set the tcp receive window size (before I read that its not recommended to do this in Vista) and now my download speeds are sometimes below 100k/s on a 3MB connection. I have run system restore, and it didn't fix anything. What can I do? Thanks for any replies.
