As Irish Shark  stated, using DrTCP will have no effect on Vista.

The Doctor did not break anything as there are no registry keys in Vista for it to change.
Your problem lies elsewhere.

| I used Dr TCP and set the tcp receive window size (before I read that its not recommended to do this in Vista) and now my download speeds are sometimes below 100k/s on a 3MB connection. I have run system restore, and it didn't fix anything. What can I do?
