| Maybe they don't.... Did they "commission" the building? IE is it built specifically for them?
Without investigating further, I really don't know.... Sometimes investors build a building and then look for clients.... However in this case.... 90% of the building? Usually that means Comcast commissioned or had the building built for them, they just won't own it (they'll have a real estate holding company own it)
