Losing connection during peak hours

Hi, I've been using Hawaiiantel DSL for a few months and the modem always loses sync at peak hours (around 5-10pm) and throughout the day on weekends. At off-peak hours it works great: 2.4mb down, 500k up. (only getting half that since the last support visit though)

Hawtel's support has been very responsive and so far they've cut all other phonelines in the house, sent a replacement Westell e90 modem, replaced the line from the pole to the house and switched the circuit. Still, like clockwork, at 5-6pm the DSL light starts blinking. On rare occasions it will reconnect but only at slow speeds (20k)

The last tech that came said that other DSL users further down the line had no trouble and he didn't know what the problem was. I've also tried several times connecting the modem to the telco box outside to no avail. Does anyone know anything else I could try?

here are my line test results:

Have they done a line test on your phone line to see if there is any impediments. It is possible there is a bad DSL filter or phone jack in your house ?
