<title>I used Dr TCP with Vista - problems</title>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/0"><b>anon</b></A> : I used Dr TCP and set the tcp receive window size (before I read that its not recommended to do this in Vista) and now my download speeds are sometimes below 100k/s on a 3MB connection.  I have run system restore, and it didn't fix anything.  What can I do?<br><br>Thanks for any replies.]]></description>
