 [TWC] Help - moved - any good deals?

I'm in Lower East Side - Manhattan - the building can't get DSL for some reason (too far from CO)?

Looks like TWC - RR is the only choice...

I call them up and they are saying $80.30 for installation and $44.95 for 10/512 line

Any way to get any better deals? links? I think the representative said if I order the triple play and then cancel it I can avoid the installation fee...

I'm in Appleton, Wi. Call them up and say you ran into a direct sales person and they said they could do the install for much less, but you misplaced his card. Hope it helps.
