What's even more outrageous is that in the middle of all this meltdown at Hughes, they are mounting what looks like a fairly expensive advertising campaign for new customers, despite the fact that they can't even service or hold on to the ones they already have. -- Franklin CDU680/Assent MBR400 combo, CAY1912 panel antenna, Millenicom, 4 XPPro stations, Mozilla everywhere. |

| This is a service included with my paid service. There are many businesses and customers that also pay for Hughes Network services. Aside from the Email BS right now, the network services are highly reliable.
The apparent lack of planning that went into this Email upgrade has resulted in an Email service degrade. This clearly was an operation that was not thoroughly planned, tested (an under statement), and implemented. |
