<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1312081"><b>Spice300</b></A> : Subject: Phising Email Warning from GotSKY<br>From: Gotsky<br>Date: Mon, April 28, 2008 5:21 pm MST<br><br>April 28, 2008<br><br>Dear Valued GotSKY Unlimited Customer,<br><br>It has come to our attention that some of you may have <br>received what has been identified as a ?phishing email? <br>requesting GotSKY personal account information.  <br><br>We would like to assure you that GotSKY Unlimited would <br>never request any personal account information via email.<br><br>If you received an email requesting this information, <br>please DO NOT respond to it in any way.  <br><br>There are a number of ways to recognize a fraudulent <br>or ?phising? email:<br>1.        Misspelled words in both the Subject line and body <br>of the email <br>a.        legitimate emails will not have misspellings<br>2.        Urgent requests for personal information, such as <br>user names and passwords<br>a.        may also include requests for account numbers, <br>SSNs, birthdates, etc.<br>3.        These emails often contain links that appear <br>legitimate but are often ?spoofed? or forged<br>a.        NEVER click on a link that you suspect is not <br>authentic<br><br>You should always report ?phising? or ?spoofed? emails.  <br>These emails should be sent to the following groups: <br>1.        forward the email to reportphising@antiphising.org<br>2.        forward the email to phishing-report@us-cert.gov<br>3.        forward the email to the Federal Trade Commission <br>at spam@uce.gov<br>4.        forward the email to the ?abuse? or support email <br>address at the company that is being spoofed <br>(i.e. ?spoof@ebay.com?)  <br>When forwarding the spoofed messages, always include the <br>entire original email with its original header information <br>intact.<br><br>If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to <br>contact us at 800-221-3474, Monday through Friday, 8am to <br>5pm PST.<br><br>Thank you,<br><br>Technical Services Department<br>Got SKY Unlimited]]></description>
