| How the 1 month free will work.... This is the email answer I got from Dick Hutt @ speedfactory:
"The way the free month works is that on the next billing cycle, Your account will receive a credit rather than a charge. And we will post that on the SpeedFactory website."

| Wait, if you receive a credit rather than a charge, won't that be like two months off? One month off would be not receiving anything on the next billing cycle.

I just got my latest bill... and of course they gave a credit AND a charge, so it was a $0 bill.
Nevermind the fact that I've requested twice that they change my service to email-only, now that I switched to AtNex. (Once in a voicemail I left, once while talking with an actual person who said they'd do it.) They still charged me $33.
