| Please EMAIL them!!
I spoke with a higher up at Verizon Wireless that was doing some kind of visit in one of the local stores and they advised me to email Verizon about their 5 gig limit on their broadband access.
They said that I would be suprised how quickly they respond to the comments/complaints/feedback.
He also said to be specific but polite and to explain how we want thier service but due to the limit Verizon has many are going with Sprint/Alltel.
Dont know how much it would really help but its not going to hurt so if you get a chance go for it!

| reply to heatherw78 After reading this, just for giggles I emailed them my wish list. In particular to match sprints unlimited deal. Got a response back this morning. Canned perhaps but a response non the less. -- 7000s, 99W, 1370, 77sig, pro plan "Notice how clear the skies were after 9/11 due to lack of con trails?" |

I'm thinking of going wireless too and both Sprint and Alltel have me leaning their way.

| reply to heatherw78 Okay here's the problem. Most people think that their voices aren't heard. Well you're wrong. The most watched feedback is at »www.verzonwirelesssurvey.com a simple yet gives you the ability to voice your opinion through comments survey. Your voice counts. How do you think they did away with renewal of contracts for price plan changes? How do you think we are going to 1 standard across the nation when it comes to helping customers with questions and problems. When a customer calls into a call center they get a different answer than when they walk into the store... well all M & P's are going away (Methods & Proceedures) Every customer instance is different and customer service has to realize this. They are working to help this issue.. one standard across the board. It always amazes me when a customer of a company says they don't have a voice in that company. One person may not think they do, but how many people are like you with a customer base of over 57 million people? With enough voices you will be heard.

| reply to heatherw78 I just found this thread after emailing my desire for more than 5 Gigs per month.
Sprint is unlimited? Now I'm wondering what to do before committing to two years.
I should say that my Hughes satellite system is sitting on my floor, dark and cold where it belongs. But I don't want to make a mistake with a two year committment.
Argh. I don't even know why I'm posting this. I guess this is just a bump for the thread. |
