« Weil McLain CGA-4 Boiler Convert from NG to LP

jware @qwest.net	Oil paint over latex primer We recently painted our new bathroom (over the drywall) and we used a latex primer. We had an old oil based paint that we used over the latex primer not realizing what is was. Is it ok like that or do we need to do something different? If so what should we do?

jware join:2008-04-29	Re: Oil paint over latex primer You said that it would be ok to put oil paint over the latex primer right? Well I was wondering if the paint will peel or fall off when moisture gets to it.P.S. the area that we painted was the ceiling if that makes a difference.

owlyn Premium,MVM join:2004-06-05 Newtown, PA clubs:	You can put oil over latex, but you can't put latex over oil- so you are stuck with using oil from now on. Do not try to put latex over it, even with sanding, etc as mentioned above. Guaranteed to blister.
