That's right, 3rd party networking equipment is not covered for trouble isolations. It's network responsibility to provide stable sync/surf to the supplied equipment only that is connected back to the DSLAM. Not very difficult to take the belkin out of the loop and isolate from there on your part. As far as being pointed in the right direction, how bout Vista sucks? There are plenty of companies out there who can assist you with your in home networking needs. |
