What if the locals no longer distribute content via analog? They usually affect all of the channels over 100. Here is an explanation from Traci Sapp in the Valdosta office:

Mr Snow.
Currently we are having some issues with outages. It is affecting a large
area of Georgia. In addition we are working on changing the system over for
the new Digital Broadcasting Launch set to take affect in February of 2009.
