Good news. I found the previous or current hours inadequate. Very stable connection so far, quite happy with the service.

Hi toki, i am glad you are happy with our service. We understood that it is not always possible to reach us during the day while at work. It was in our plan for a while but human resources were inadequate for such upgrade.

Now it is possible for us so we jumped on the occasion of enhancing the quality of our service by adding more hours.

Best regards, DiskACE

I have two questions regarding ebox services.

1. Do you offer 10mbps cable internet or just the 7mbps?

2. Are multiple connections allowed? i.e. connecting two computers directly to the internet using a hub? I don't really like routers.

Good afternoon cbp, we only have the unlimited 7.1 SpeedCable service.

Multiple connections are allowed. You need to have a router however, this is the cable modem problem. It identify the LAN pcs with the MAC. You can't have 2 different mac directly behind with a switch only.
