Virtual Private Network Connection help

how do you setup a Virtual Private Network Connection on a 2003.

MY cable modem is a ambit u10c018 (make and model please)
Router 1 is a Wireless-G Broadband Router WRT54G (make and model please [example: mine is a dlink dgl 4100])
Router 2 is a Linksys Wireless-B Access Point WAP11 (make and model please like above)

The coax goes to your cable modem.
The cable modem has ethernet going to Wireless-G Broadband Router WRT54G (b or g router)
From the Wireless-G Broadband Router WRT54G (b or g router) it is connected to ehternet to the computer (b or g router not used in previous 2 blanks)
The computers connect via ethernet to Wireless-G Broadband Router WRT54G (b or g router)
The wireless computers connect to Wireless-G Broadband Router WRT54G but when my bother or sister are here they use Linksys Wireless-B Access Point WAP11 because there laptop don't have wifi (b or g router)

ps everything is connected to my
Wireless-G Broadband Router WRT54G
i have a server 2003 that am trying to do this on so i can then use my xp computer
