i contacted ATT and Blizzard, both of them told me its my ISP. I called road runner, they said the problem is with ATT, and i need to have blizzard contact them =/

No good ideas. Unfortunately, neither you nor Road Runner have any standing to ask a company to correct a problem when you aren't a customer. If ATT wants to tolerate poor latency, that is their choice. |
