scooby : Do any RCN employees read this board? I have a bunch of friends in Chicago that host websites on me at Steadfast.net in Chicago and most of the time they cannot get to their websites. The four RCN dns servers always seem to have issues resolving the domains. No one else seems to have this problem.

I have them all using Level3/GTE dns servers (4.2.2.1-6) and OpenDNS to get around the problem but they should not need to do this. I cannot find any other DNS servers (Comcast/AT&T/Time Warner/Verizon/Speakeasy/etc) that have issues seeing these domains. I have emailed all the normal RCN contacts but have not received a response after two weeks. Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance,
Scooby2
