Now every speed test I do has the download speed going down to 0, and I couldn't do the optimum link, the download freezes.

Bay Area		 Set the RWIN back to 522720 and see if that takes care of the problem. Make sure you use the same server in your OP and run it at least 3 times to get a good result.
