502 Errors

For over a week, whenever I attempt to get new headers for a group with a lot of articles, my connection is locked out with a 502 too many connections error message. My client is set for 1 maximum connection (the maximum ever allowed since the news provider change.) Is there anything I can do to alleviate these problems?

Hi News User -

I sent you an IM yesterday. Did you receive that?

I had the news server provider check the logs and they didn't see anything out of the ordinary. Your connections looked successful. Please see your IM. What client are you using?

Thanks
