 16 megs rolling out in St Louis Market this week. (signed up today)

WITHOUT a promotion, 16 megs is the same price as the "old" 10 meg. Some folks are getting a 6 month special for the 16megs for $49.99 (with other Charter services I believe).

16/2 modem caps are at:

16.777 megs-download
2.048 megs-upload.

Nice upgrade for the same price as the 10 megs or lower if on the 6 month special :
