Troy, NY | Still a work in progress, but.... I happen to think it's one of the best things to come down the pipe since... well, since the pipe came down.  Of course, like any other program, there will be bugs and issues, and there will be people who think "It doesn't work for ME and so it SUCKS!". But after the hard drive I used for games crashed and burned, reacquiring all the games I'd gotten over Steam was as simple as logging back in and redownloading them.
