[Troubles] regarding windstream dns

I get the typical redirect to wwww23.entry-not-found.com when sometimes hitting a wrong page or whatnot.

I saw an older post that had dns servers that didn't redirect. My question is how do I change the dns manually? cause my dsl modem when it recycles gets the dns server automatically.

any help would be appreciated

Windstreams official ad-free servers.

To implant, do the following;

1) Go to Control Panel>Network Connections and select your local network.
2)Click Properties, then select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP).
3)Click Properties.
4) Check the "Use the following DNS server addresses"
5) Fill both boxes with the above information;
166.102.165.32
207.91.5.32
6) Click okay, and apply.
