| [Newsgroups] Is RCN throttling 3rd party newsgroup access?
I've noticed a slowdown of my newsgroup access to GigaNews from my 20mbps down to 4-5mbps over the last week or so..
I've checked with friends on other providers in the area and they've noticed no slowdown..
anyone else on RCN notice this? |
