i've heard good things about that ram, but never tried it myself.

i'd say go for the 3.0 though. it was the easiest speed for me and most stable. 333 X 9 and i set my memory divider to run it at advertised speed.

i went with an arctic cooling freezer 7 pro HSF to keep everything cool. cost like $32 at newegg and was the easiest damn HSF i ever installed.
