| Still no email 4 days now with on and off email, but mostly no capability
to send email. NO SMTP server??????
I always get "we are working on it" when I call.
I'm on dial up only.
Not important enough to bother with I suppose.
The patience meter is running VERY low.

Yep, still timing out. I can see if this was 10 years ago with the lack of skilled people to fix relatively new technology...but now, 2008, to not be able to fix an email server in a day is inexcusable. |

It's been 9 (NINE) days.
Still no way to send email except thru the Speedfactory site web mail.
I called Thursday, May 1st, and was promised that by the close of business that day ALL issues would be resolved.
Saturday nite. Nothing. No change.
Not Happy. |
