Steam should have broken down the dialup users further. I bet a good number of people are still stuck with 26.4kbps using pair gained phone lines.
That's pretty harsh that 21% are downloading updates over worse than 33.6
It ticks me off joining a game and the server opp does not set up ping filters and you are stuck trying to shoot a scout with a 400+ms ping. I mean comeon admins, wise up.
