CableCal : The feature is available. What you need to do is look at a channel Lineup (link at bottom of post) and find the channel numbers associated with the VOD categories you need to block, then go to the parental controls menu and block the numbers associated with those categories. Its the only way as of yet to block VOD content aside from putting a PPV block on the account or PPV purchase limit of less than $2.99 which is the cheapest PPV I've seen.

»www1.wowway.com/cable/cable.aspx···=Nothing

Parental Controls for On Demand purchases

anon : I recently upgraded to a high def box from a standard digital. With this new box, I can't find a way to put a parental control block on On Demand purchases. I've asked WOW support and they can't help me, either. On my previous digital box, I was able to set On Demand so that if you tried to make a purchase, a PIN would be required. I'm not looking to block the channel completely, or put rating blocks on. I just don't want my kid to be able to buy movies.

Is this feature just not available on the HD box, or am I missing something?
