current alternative broadcast options suck.

The reason current alternatives to broadcast aren't being embraced is because they're attempting to rope people into accepting an inferior product. Too much DRM bullshit being pushed on people right now. Tivo and a regular tv work great, are easy to use, and don't try to strangle you with bullshit.
