Subject: Reminder! Changes to Your AT&T Internet Service

Don't Forget!
A New Look for Your AT&T Internet Service is Coming Soon!

Dear AT&T Internet Service Member:

Recently we sent you an email on some of the changes we're making to improve your Internet experience. We just wanted to send you a quick reminder about the changes you'll be seeing soon.

A Brand New Look

We're giving the home page a brand new look and some of our other features will be getting a ”make-over” as well!

In fact, you may be seeing some of these changes already like a fresh new look for Webmail and the Software Center, along with some enhancements to make them easier to use.

And during the month of May, we'll continue moving members to our new AT&T home page powered by Yahoo! which has been re-designed for even easier navigation so you can find things quickly, and gives you more flexibility with personalization and search.

Enhanced Search Feature with Yellow Pages and People search, helps you narrow down search criteria for more accurate results.
Updated Channel Links located on the left side of the home page, are getting some new additions and will be organized so you can see more at-a-glance.
New Themes for even more personalization options to make the home page all your own!
All these updates will be completed by the end of May, and some may be available to you already. To learn more about all the upcoming changes, just check out our Frequently Asked Questions at »att.net/features/faq040108.html

There's nothing for you to do, just sit back and enjoy the changes, but if you'd like to check the status of these updates at any time, just visit your Help & Support Site at »helpme.att.net for Service Bulletins related to these enhancements.

We hope you'll enjoy all the improvements to your AT&T Internet Service!

Thank you for choosing AT&T - Your world. Delivered.

Sincerely,

Your AT&T Internet Service Customer Care Team
