| Using sbcglobal.net email through comcast connection
My daughter has Comcast for her internet service but is still using an email address (sub-account on my main account) for sbcglobal.net. Normally, she uses the web-access to send and receive email from that account, but is wanting to be able to download her sbcglobal.net mail to Outlook Express.
She has tried configuring the sbcglobal.net account through Outlook Express (using her Comcast connection)following the instructions on the AT&T site.
At this point, I'm not sure what kind of problem she ran into, so I don't know if it is not possible since she is using Comcast or if she has done something wrong.
Before we confuse each other further ... is it possible for her to set up the sbcglobal.net account through OE even though her internet service is through Comcast? |
