Hi,
I recently purchased a brand new Sanyo nvm 4070 from staples.
After using it for about 10 days, i noticed this error comes up every time i go from the navigation system to any other part in menu (music, phone book, setting..)
I've been searching for a way to contact someone and find out if it's a factory defect or it's something i should just live with.
I searched the Sanyo site for an email, or a customer service number i can call but they are not big on navigation systems so i did not find a direct contact number.
Does anybody have the same system or can guide me in the right direction? Should i go through staples instead of Sanyo?

Depends on the policy, you may have 14 to 30 days to do so. Check you receipt. |

| It's been more than 30 days. I got busy for a while and didn't get a chance to do troubleshooting.
I bought it online, the local staples doesn't carry the item.
Would this be Stamples responsibility or the manufactures (sanyo)?
